Exciting Opportunity for a Plastic Surgeon
We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Plastic Surgeon to join our dynamic and expanding multi-specialty Dermatology practice, which boasts over 40 locations across New York City, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Plastic Surgeon to join our well-established practice in Nassau and Suffolk County, NY. Candidates must hold a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice plastic surgery in New York State.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver healthcare services in alignment with the established standards, principles, and ethics of the profession.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology, including over 100 lasers and advanced devices.
- Collaborate with a highly skilled Cosmetic Concierge Division to enhance practice growth.
- Engage in continuous training on the latest procedures and laser technologies.
- Work alongside three Mohs tech surgeons to facilitate cases for plastic closures.
- Provide services for skin cancer patients in collaboration with several Mohs surgeons.
- Access a patient base of over 250,000 dermatology patients annually for cosmetic procedures.
- Receive referrals from more than 30 dermatologists, PAs, and NPs.
- Leverage our cosmetic concierge department to boost sales potential.
- Participate in excision/radiotherapy (SRT-100) for keloids, a unique offering in Queens and Nassau counties.
- Gain excellent media and PR exposure as the featured plastic surgeon on our website and in print materials.
- Collaborate with research fellows to publish papers through the New Age Skin Research Foundation.
- Enjoy robust support from a long-term staff in a stimulating environment that fosters research and teaching opportunities.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible.
- Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
