Job Description: Plastic Surgeon

Location: Right Outside of East Memphis, TN

Role

• Serves as Medical Director of cosmetic surgery practice
• Performs patient consultation and post-op visits
• Performs cosmetic surgeries (no reconstructive surgeries)
• Performs all surgeries in-office under IV-sedation (no general anesthesia)
• Handles 100% patient self-pay cases (no insurance)
• Leads clinical staff and assists with managing office staff
• Assists with surgeon and practice marketing
• Provides feedback to improve operations of the clinic

Requirements

• Board-certified Plastic Surgeon
• More than 5 years of experience
• Must be able to obtain hospital privileges

Compensation

• Base Compensation: $210,000
• Bonus Compensation:
  • 10% of net revenues for surgical procedures performed by Physician on patients
  • 2% of net revenues for services overseen by Physician as Medical Director
  • Bonus structure based on monthly surgical performance
• Target Compensation: $400,000
