- Shift: Day shift, 3 days/week (06:00 AM - 06:30 PM), 12-hour shifts, flexible Wed–Fri with coverage for Mon/Tues when needed

- Experience Required: 1-2 years inpatient plastic and reconstructive surgery experience
- Certifications: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Pay & Benefits:
- Rate: $97.48/hour
- Pay Package: Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
- Provide patient care for adult patients undergoing plastic and reconstructive surgery in a hospital setting
- Perform history and physical assessments, develop plans of care, and conduct ongoing evaluations
- Order labs, diagnostic tests, and interpret results
- Prescribe medications and manage therapeutic interventions
- Perform bedside procedures as appropriate
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Manage approximately 10 patients daily, focusing on inpatient treatments and recovery
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Board Certification in Nurse Practitioners
- 1-2 years inpatient plastic surgery experience (outpatient experience not suitable)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a hospital environment
