The Plastic Surgery Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting patients through the surgical and cosmetic care process by providing scheduling, financial, and education assistance. Serves as a concierge for cosmetic patients, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from initial inquiry through post-procedure follow-up. Act as the primary point of contact, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly to deliver a luxury-level patient care experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Schedule consultations, surgeries, and follow-up appointments.
- Provide patients with education regarding procedures, instructions, and expectations.
- Prepare and review financial estimates.
- Collect payments and assist with financing options.
- Facilitate cosmetic consultations by coordinating with surgeons, aesthetic providers, and external partners.
- Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with providers and present cost estimates, financing options, and procedure timelines to patients.
- Coordinate non-surgical cosmetic services (e.g., injectables, skincare treatments) and ensure alignment with surgical offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote cosmetic services, patient testimonials, and community outreach.
