    What you’ll own

    • Troubleshoot and repair plant electrical systems
    • Perform PLC diagnostics on Allen Bradley platforms
    • Maintain, adjust, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
    • Install, troubleshoot, and repair production assets, including:
      • Injection molding machines (HPM, Van Dorn, Niigata, Krause, Cincinnati)
      • Blow mold extrusion equipment
      • Packaging machinery
      • Cooling systems
      • Powder coat systems
    • Execute major equipment repairs; operate machine tools to complete precision tasks
    • Mentor junior technicians to elevate team performance
    • Uphold safety protocols and quality expectations without compromise

    Schedules

    • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (6 days per week)
    • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (6 days per week)
    • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (6 days per week)

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience; strong hydraulics required
    • Demonstrated capability across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
    • Experience with injection or blow molding preferred
    • Familiarity with microprocessor-controlled equipment
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-first approach
    • Proficiency in hydraulics
