What You’ll Tackle Each Shift
- Run day-to-day operations for your team: align production schedules, assign staffing, and uphold strict quality standards.
- Champion safety—enforce procedures, drive housekeeping, and maintain an organized work environment.
- Onboard, train, and coach employees so they’re confident and capable at every station.
- Monitor injection and blow molding processes, troubleshoot issues, and remove bottlenecks quickly.
- Collaborate with fellow supervisors, maintenance, and quality to streamline workflows and improve throughput.
- Conduct performance check-ins and provide actionable feedback and coaching.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to keep our processes competitive.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish (read, write, speak) is required.
- 2+ years in a supervisory role within plastics manufacturing; injection and/or blow molding experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of plastics production processes and equipment.
- Clear, confident leadership and communication skills with a strong presence on the plant floor.
- Ability to diagnose complex production problems and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent organization and time management across changing priorities.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Proficiency with IQMS, Microsoft Office, and related applications.
