Plastics Press OperatorResponsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic extrusion equipment to produce materials according to job specifications.

• Monitor production runs to ensure consistent product quality, making minor machine adjustments as needed to maintain proper dimensions and appearance.

• Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and document results per company standards.

• Load raw materials, maintain proper material flow, and troubleshoot basic processing issues such as jams, inconsistencies, or defects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience operating plastic extrusion/injection molding machinery is highly beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to use calipers.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $17 per hour with a $1-$2.50/hr raise upon hire

• Night Shift 12 hours shifts 3 nights/week

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire

• Benefits after Probation period
