Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines.
  • Perform tool, die, and mold setups to ensure efficient production runs.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
  • Document production data and report any issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tool, die, and mold setup.
  • Strong understanding of plastic processing techniques and machinery.
