Plastics Production Associate – All Shifts
Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Location: Hudson

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Plastics Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent routines, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic molding and production equipment
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine adjustments and maintain a clean work area
- Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and support overall production flow
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
- Strong attention to detail and consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and grow within the production environment
