What you’ll do (bullet-by-bullet)

• Package finished goods to precise customer shipping instructions.
• Apply Quality Procedures and Work Instructions at each step.
• Operate at least half of the machines in the area and manage multiple conveyors simultaneously.
• Perform assigned secondary operations and rework when needed.
• Inspect parts for defects; confirm carton counts; verify label accuracy and apply labels.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Report throughput, issues, or abnormalities to Supervisors and Team Leads immediately.
• Sign the Training Log in the mold book to document competency.
• Handle other tasks as assigned; be reliable and punctual.

• Drive to meet productivity targets while using equipment and materials properly.
• Background in manufacturing and quality inspection; clear communicator.
• Experience with injection molding and identifying non-conforming product.

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs with regular handling of parts and cartons.
• Manual dexterity for quick, accurate work.
• Stand for 12-hour shifts; frequent lifting, turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, and pushing.
• Use visual inspection to detect defects.
