Job Title: Plastics Support Specialist

Reports To: Plastics Manager

Department: Plastics

Summary:Responsible for providing operational and member service support related to the Credit Union’s debit and credit card programs. Assists members with card-related services while supporting internal card operations, fraud mitigation, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Open, close, and maintain credit and debit card accounts
  • Assist members with credit card payments and general card servicing
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and online service channels
  • Provide support for debit and credit card products, services, and related programs
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay or other Digital Wallet/Tokenization support
  • Research and resolve member issues related to card transactions or account activity
  • Process and monitor fraud cases in accordance with established procedures
  • Manage and process chargebacks and dispute cases following network rules and regulatory guidelines
  • Perform back-office tasks including report generation, account review, and data verification
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to card servicing activities
  • Assist with card program maintenance, updates, and operational tasks as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Velera (PSCU/COOP) Experience Preferred

Pay:

Negotiable based on experience.
