Plate Saw Operator

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay Range: $20-$24/hour

Location: Blaine, MN

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for a skilled candidate with CNC machining or industrial saw operation experience who takes pride in precision, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders by identifying and cutting correct inventory
• Calculate material needed and run saws to complete jobs
• Finalize work in ERP system and package materials securely
• Organize jobs by delivery route for efficient loading
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) or industrial saws required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and machining processes
• Experience performing quality inspections and maintaining tight tolerances
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and tape measures
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine offsets and calibrations
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Prior experience in metal manufacturing or fabrication environments
