Plater Trainee Helper (Will Train)

IMMEDIATE OPEN OPPORTUNITY! Plater Helper- Pinellas Park, FL- $16 to start and good future earning potential (temp/hire)
1st - M-Thurs 5am-3:00pm
Will TRAIN someone who is interested in learning a new trade/skills, positive attitude and good attendance!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plating equipment to coat metal parts per specifications
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor plating and cleaning solutions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and customer specifications are met
• Follow job routers, work orders, and supervisor instructions
• Complete all job-related documentation
• Maintain production levels while ensuring safety and quality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 0 2 years plating or metal finishing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and retain processes
• Basic math and geometry skills (e.g., calculating surface area and amperage)
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Physically able to lift/move up to 50-lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Work Environment:

• Exposure to noise, heat, fumes, and humidity
• Use of PPE required (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection)
