Job Title: Platform Architect / HRSD Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect / HRSD Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, HRSD modules, integrations, and platform governance while working closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow HRSD architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Design and support HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.
  • Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with Workday, Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical leadership, platform governance, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong expertise in HRSD, Employee Center, HR Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent.
  • JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
  • REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Agile/Scrum, Jira, and ServiceNow platform governance.
  • CSA, CAD, and CIS-HRSD certification preferred.
