Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 10+ years' experience in delivering large scale applications with focus on performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Experience with WebLogic or JBoss or Mule or tomcat application servers.
- Experience in monitoring, triaging and performance tuning using Splunk, Dynatrace or AppDynamics (APM tools).
- Strong experience in Integration Technologies - Mule ESB & IDE or equivalent, previous Middleware experiences.
- Experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes or any one the container platform.
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Mule, web Services, Kafka, SQL & PL/SQL (Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON and its usage within API and Microservice implementations at scale.
- Able to contribute to automation, develop shared/common solutions.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing (Cucumber/Litmus, JUnit)
- Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource able to coordinate dependencies across platform teams and teams working on business capabilities.
- Makes recommendations and ensures platform easily supports NFRs across multiple LOB initiatives and anticipated growth over 5 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (both to a technical and non-technical audience)
- Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Team Leadership, Problem Solving, Innovative thinking, mentoring.
- Collaborates with solution architects to ensure consistent design across platform components.
- Experience in a highly Agile continuous integration and continuous deployment environment, preferably within a financial domain.
- Has the knowledge and expertise of supporting production environments, and associated maintenance, change, control, incident and problem management.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 a year
