Job Title: Power Platform & Copilot Studio Administrator
Location: Dearborn, Michigan, Hybrid.

Position Description:
We are seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Administrator to support the secure, scalable, and compliant administration of Microsoft Power Platform.
This role is responsible for tenant governance, environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), licensing, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and platform monitoring. You will partner closely with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to enable safe citizen development while ensuring platform performance and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and maintain tenant-wide settings and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod, sandbox, business units)
- Design, implement, and enforce DLP policies for connectors and data classification
- Administer Copilot Studio environments, policies, channels, and AI safety guardrails
- Configure AI governance including grounding sources, prompts, plugins, and content moderation
- Oversee licensing, capacity planning, and forecasting (Dataverse, Power Platform, Copilot credits)
- Define and implement ALM strategy with deployment pipelines and automation
- Establish standards for solution design, naming conventions, and architecture
- Partner with security and compliance teams to protect sensitive data and enforce policies
- Support and enable citizen developers through governance, templates, and guidance
- Monitor platform health, usage, and performance; proactively resolve issues
- Conduct environment and solution audits and maintain platform documentation
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio)
- Tenant Administration & Governance
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Entra ID
Skills Preferred:
- Python or C# development
- Dataverse architecture
- Power BI and broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- AI / LLM / Copilot governance experience
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform (tenant level)
- Experience with governance, environment strategy, and DLP policies
- Experience with ALM pipelines and deployment strategies
- Background in IT operations or application development
Even Better, You May Have:
- Power Platform or Azure certifications
- Experience with Copilot Studio or AI-based automation
- Knowledge of citizen development frameworks
- Experience managing licensing and capacity planning
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Exchange, Office Apps)
- Agile project experience and strong collaboration skills
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Education Preferred:
Certification Program (Microsoft Power Platform / Azure)
