Job Title: Platform Operations Manager – Event Technology & Marketing Assets


Location: Remote (USA)


Employment Type: W2 Only



We are seeking a Platform Operations Manager to manage our event technology ecosystem and support marketing operations. This role will ensure seamless event execution, platform reliability, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage event technology platforms, including Splash and Email Editor.
  • Build and maintain event templates, landing pages, registration forms, and branded assets.
  • Monitor integrations between Splash, Marketo, CRM, and marketing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot platform, registration, and synchronization issues; perform root cause analysis.
  • Execute UAT/PAT testing, platform validations, and support event readiness.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Campaign Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to improve processes and platform performance.
Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Event Technology, or Marketing Automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Splash, Marketo, CRM (Salesforce preferred), or similar MarTech tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, testing (UAT/PAT), documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Email Developer skills across Email 2.0 and New Email Designer.
  • Splash expertise at an admin level with heavy troubleshooting.
  • Data troubleshooting, global support, consent models (we can likely train the person on our setup for most of this bucket).
