Job Description:
Lead the strategy, architecture evolution, and operational excellence of the Studio Economics cloud-native platform, enabling reusable services, scalable infrastructure, and consistent technical alignment across multiple product domains.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Set and Drive Platform Strategy: Define the strategic vision and roadmap for platform capabilities, ensuring modularity, scalability, and reuse across domains
Lead Architecture Evolution: Partner with Cloud and Data Architects to deliver secure, cost-effective, and governed AWS-native solutions
Enable Cross-Pod Delivery: Provide shared services (API Gateway, CI/CD, schema registries, observability tools) that streamline onboarding and reduce development friction
Champion Operational Excellence: Establish SLAs, automation standards, and observability baselines to ensure resilience and maintainability
Facilitate Collaboration and Governance: Manage platform intake, backlog prioritization, and represent the platform in executive and technical forums
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5–10 years in platform strategy, enterprise architecture, or technical product management in multi-product/multi-domain environments
Proven success delivering shared services, reusable components, and scalable infrastructure
Deep AWS expertise (Lambda, Step Functions, AppSync, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront, Cognito)
Strong understanding of modular architecture, API design, domain-driven design, and CI/CD integration patterns
Experience implementing observability tooling (CloudWatch, OpenSearch, X-Ray) and operational metrics tracking
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with real-time data processing and integration patterns
Background in governance and compliance for enterprise platforms
Familiarity with balancing technical standardization and flexibility across diverse teams
