The Platform Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with technology platforms, fintech partners, and ecosystem collaborators to drive growth, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance client engagement.
This role involves collaboration across business development, product, and investment teams to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful integration of platforms into the firm’s investment or operational workflows.
Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships with investment platforms, fintech solutions, and other ecosystem collaborators
Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and commercial terms in alignment with firm objectives
Collaborate with product, investment, and operations teams to implement platform integrations and optimize workflows
Develop metrics and reporting to measure partnership success, adoption, and ROI
Build and maintain relationships with platform stakeholders and external partners
Assist in the design and execution of co-marketing initiatives, joint programs, or collaborative offerings
Monitor industry trends, competitor platforms, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy
Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for senior leadership on partnership performance and opportunities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Experience in business development, partnerships, or platform strategy (financial services, fintech, or tech integrations preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
