Job Summary:
Mission centers on providing a world where anyone can feel they belong, facilitated by a dedicated team working within the Trust & Safety domain to ensure a secure, trustworthy environment for hosts and guests. The Product Manager in the Trust & Safety team plays a critical role in identifying user pain points and business opportunities, leading to the creation and delivery of products that enhance safety and trust community-wide. The work includes defining product vision, driving cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional group (engineers, data scientists, etc.) for alignment, execution, and product launches.
• Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing based on business values and customer impact.
• Define clear goals, objectives, and measurable key results.
• Build alignment across teams and leadership, while managing expectations and trade-offs.
• Continuously evaluate and propose new product opportunities focusing on trust and safety enhancements.

• Extensive product management experience.
• Background in security, trust, safety, risk management, or fraud detection.
• Proficiency in developing machine learning-based product solutions.

• Prior experience in creating or managing products within the security, trust, safety, or risk domains, particularly in fast-paced, innovative environments.
