    Description

    HiFyve is hiring a Product Platform Manager!


    Starting Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + 30% Annual Performance Bonus

    Schedule: Days

    Location: Springfield, OH Area (Remote with Travel)


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute product growth strategies for a portfolio of industrial lifting and material handling solutions across North America
    • Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and customer needs to increase market share and revenue
    • Create product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for multiple product lines
    • Partner with sales teams to increase product adoption and support strategic customer opportunities
    • Build and execute sales enablement programs, including training, sales tools, and product resources
    • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market data to drive continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align business objectives
    • Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering field feedback and translating market needs into product recommendations
    • Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams to support product planning and lifecycle management
    • Develop marketing messaging and promotional strategies that clearly communicate product value
    • Monitor sales performance and recommend actions to achieve revenue and growth targets
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives while influencing stakeholders across multiple departments


    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required
    • MBA or other advanced degree preferred


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or strategic marketing
    • Experience supporting industrial products, engineered equipment, manufacturing, or B2B technical solutions preferred
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop growth strategies
    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects without direct authority
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    • Experience supporting technical sales organizations and customer-facing initiatives
    • Ability to translate technical product features into customer-focused value propositions
    • Strong business acumen with experience developing pricing, product positioning, and growth strategies
    • Comfortable working with geographically dispersed teams and global stakeholders
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business analytics tools
    • Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout North America
