Role Summary

We are looking for a Platform Reliability Engineer to operate and improve enterprise platforms supporting IT operations, automation, observability, AI-enabled workflows, and business-critical services. The role focuses on platform reliability, SRE practices, production readiness, observability, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

Platform Engineering / SRE / DevOps / Production Support

Platform health, release management, patching, upgrades, regression testing, rollback

SRE concepts: SLI, SLO, Error Budgets, Incident Management, Postmortems

Production troubleshooting using logs, metrics, traces, alerts, and telemetry

Observability, dashboards, alert tuning, anomaly detection, capacity & performance analysis

ITSM processes: Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Asset & Configuration Management

Strong documentation, automation, analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Administer platform access, integrations, configurations, onboarding, inventory, and dependencies.

Maintain platform availability, performance, capacity, security, recoverability, and operational readiness.

Plan and execute upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing, and rollback activities.

Monitor platform utilization, licensing, plugins, vendor escalations, and service improvements.

Build self-service workflows, catalogs, knowledge articles, automation, and runbooks.

Support ITSM, incident/change/problem management, releases, assets, configuration, and knowledge management.
