We are looking for a Platform Technical Program Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale platform engineering initiatives. You will focus on platform capabilities, developer experience, and engineering enablement — partnering closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure platform programs are delivered on time and adopted effectively across the organization.
What You Will Do
Own platform program delivery end to end: Lead planning, scoping, and execution of multi-quarter platform programs spanning developer tooling, API platforms, data platforms, and engineering enablement domains.
Drive cross-functional alignment: Coordinate across platform engineering, product, security, architecture, and operations teams to resolve dependencies, eliminate blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
Define technical requirements with Product and Engineering: Partner with Product and
Engineering teams to translate business goals into well-defined technical requirements, ensuring clarity of scope, feasibility, and alignment before programs enter execution.
Manage risk and escalation: Proactively identify technical risks, capacity constraints, and architectural gaps — escalating to leadership with clear context and recommended paths forward.
Report to executive stakeholders: Prepare and deliver concise program status updates, milestone reviews, and investment briefings for VP and C-suite audiences.
Improve platform engineering processes: Define and evolve program operating rhythms —sprint ceremonies, roadmap reviews, architecture reviews, and release governance frameworks.
Enable platform adoption across teams: Work with engineering and product stakeholders to drive awareness, onboarding, and adoption of platform capabilities across consuming teams and business units.
