Job Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $31.80hr - $36.80hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years experience installing and running Linux operating systems is required.
  • Working knowledge of high speed networking is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow technical directions accurately.
  • At least 5 years of work related experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing changes in wiring configurations of server racks.
  • Install servers in racks.
  • Install cards into servers.
  • Update and maintain Linux operating systems.
  • Support remote users.
  • Debug and resolve connectivity issues for remote users.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of internal inventory systems (ISMP).
  • Knowledge of internal shipping systems (ISM).
  • Familiarity with lab environments.
  • VM experience.

  • PC hardware platform debugging.
  • Building server systems.
  • Hardware configuration.
  • Linux OS.
  • High speed networking.
  • Server rack wiring.
  • Connectivity troubleshooting.

Qualification And Education:

  • HS diploma or GED equivalent required.
