The proper operation of the plating department on their shift, in order to maintain production schedules and meet the needs of their internal customers.Ensure proper operation of the Plating systemRack & un-rack various framesMaintain production levels and maximize the efficiency of the system by maintaining optimal levels of work bars in operationEnsure proper chemical titrations in plating tanks
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred
Value Added Skills:
Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not requiredTeam PlayerComputer knowledgeWillingness to learnAbility to train on any shiftPositive Attitude
Physical Requirements:
Working in areas where it can get warmWorking in a smoke free environmentActivities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bendingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
Shift:
This is a 2nd shift positionHours are Monday- Friday 2pm- 10pmStarting rate of pay is $21.00/hour with a $2.00/hour shift premiumOvertime during busy season
