Equipment Maintenance/Repair, Housekeeping/Cleaning, Identify Issues, Plating Processes, Root Cause Analysis
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday Friday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (10 hours per day)
Job Description:
Required Experience:- 2 years of experience in plating operations
- Gold plating experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical expertise, including the ability to:- Calculate surface areas and determine proper amperage for plating loads
- Perform proper chemical handling procedures
- Identify and use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Troubleshoot tank issues, including:
Proper cable connections
Filter change-outs
Resistance failures
- Diagnose and resolve part defects and identify root causes
- Activate parts prior to plating
- Perform proper cleaning and maintenance of plating equipment
Education:- High School diploma or equivalent required.
