Seeking a Plating Operator to operate and maintain plating and wet process equipment for high-reliability PCB production.
Responsibilities include executing copper, acid/tin, electroless copper, nickel, gold plating, and cleaning processes, performing resist strip and etch operations, conducting preventative maintenance, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications include 2–6 years of plating or wet process experience, ability to follow technical instructions, wear full PPE, and work around chemicals safely. Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
Physical requirements involve lifting up to 25 lbs and standing throughout shifts.
