Full-time Plating Operator position in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include operating wet process equipment such as copper plating, gold immersion, and etching, while maintaining chemical baths and ensuring safety. Must load racks, follow specifications, and handle chemicals safely. Requires lifting over 20 lbs, standing for long periods, and manual tasks like tightening clamps.
Qualifications include 3+ years of PCB industry experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and manufacturing background. Preferred skills are good communication, multitasking, and teamwork.
The role is on third shift (Monday night to Saturday morning, 11:00 pm–7:30 am), with potential weekend overtime. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, DOE.
