The Player Development Coordinator supports daily operations of the Player Development department to drive guest loyalty, engagement, and revenue. This role provides guidance and oversight to Player Development Hosts, ensuring consistent execution of service strategies and exceptional, personalized experiences for VIP and high-value guests.
The Coordinator partners with internal departments to deliver seamless guest experiences, supports player growth and retention initiatives, and assists with VIP interactions and hosted events. This position requires strong judgment in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, resolve guest issues, and support team performance. The role also ensures compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies while promoting responsible gaming practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of related experience in casino gaming, sales, or customer service preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of casino operations and applicable liquor laws preferred
- Ability to multitask and provide professional guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn gaming/CRM systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License and TIPS Certification
