• Initiate contact with premium patrons, resolve requests, and manage comps outside of point redemptions.
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests, coordinate special services, and promote club programs.

  Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, sales and customer service expertise, strong communication skills, and availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
