Salary: $73,000.00 USD Annually - $94,000.00 USD Annually

Large manufacturing company is looking for a PLC Controls Technician for a facility in the Platte Center, NE area

The PLC Controls Technician works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure automation systems operate safely and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities ~

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley preferred)

• Support robotic welding cells (Fanuc preferred)

• Diagnose electrical, sensor, and control system issues

• Assist with HMI updates and control modifications

• Support preventive maintenance and downtime reduction efforts

 

Qualifications ~

• Associates degree (in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field) ...or equivalent experience

• 2+ years experience in automated manufacturing or industrial maintenance

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

• Basic PLC programming & troubleshooting experience
