    Job Description

    Are you the troubleshooter everyone calls when a line wont start?

    If your answer is yes, step into a role where you bring Stolle can-making systems online, verify performance in simulation, and guide customers through successful buy-offs. Youll be the bridge between design and operationworking directly with Electrical Engineers and System Assemblers to turn complex control schemes into reliable production.

    Your mission

    • Assemble, wire, and verify electrical systems and prototypes using hand tools and measurement equipment.
    • Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical instruments and testing equipment.
    • Program and troubleshoot on Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and Siemens environments (TIA Portal v13, SCOUT v4.4).
    • Configure and run test setups to qualify parts, assemblies, and full systems under simulated operating conditions.
    • Lead startup diagnostics and support customer buy-offs with confidence.
    • Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and System Assemblers to pinpoint, define, and resolve developmental design issues.
    • Review existing electrical engineering criteria to keep standards current; coordinate modifications to contract specifications and plans.
    • Build or evaluate electrical components for electric-drive vehicles and prototype vehicles.
    • Take on other related responsibilities as needed.

    What it takes

    • Associate degree plus 335 years of hands-on industry experience, or 10+ years of hands-on industry experience.
    • Applied understanding of engineering science and technology to support design and production processes.
    • Strength in math; clear reading/writing/speaking/listening; plus critical thinking, decision making, and complex problem solving.

    Schedule & physical demands

    • Work week typically 4055 hours; may include overtime, on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.
    • Long periods of sitting or standing.
    • Travel up to 25%.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
