What you19ll do

• Engineer control panels and electrical schematics with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Design hydraulic and pneumatic circuits to achieve machine functionality.
• Program PLCs and HMIs in Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 or Siemens TIA Portal.
• Specify and integrate sensors, safety devices, VFDs, servos, and vision systems.
• Lead commissioning and debug at our facility and customer sites (~25% travel).
• Oversee small-to-mid-size projects to hit scope, schedule, and budget targets.
• Deliver clear Operator and Maintenance manuals for customer success.

Must-haves

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience.
• 5E280937 years in controls or industrial automation.
• Deep familiarity with Rockwell or Siemens ecosystems.
• Safety PLC programming; understanding of ISO 13849.
• Industrial communications: EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Link-IO.
• Standards knowledge: NFPA 70 (NEC) and NFPA 79.
• Strong troubleshooting and applied math skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
• Mitsubishi GX Works.
• Industry 4.0 / data integration exposure.

Work conditions

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working around mechanical/electrical equipment and moderate noise.
• Willingness to travel about 25% annually for onsite commissioning.
