What you’ll tackle first
Design and program PLCs and HMIs for automated equipment, focusing on reliability and operator usability.
Integrate industrial robots and motion control systems into turnkey solutions.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, robot programming, and software teammates to validate functionality and performance.
Commission systems, debug issues on the floor and at customer sites, and ensure compliance with applicable safety/quality standards.
Produce and maintain thorough documentation—redlines, layout drawings, manuals, and change records.
Support project planning through scope definition, timeline estimation, and cost inputs.
How you’ll contribute

Your toolkit
PLC expertise (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development proficiency.
Robot experience (FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa) with practical integration know‑how.
Motion control knowledge: servos, VFDs, coordinated motion.
Comfort reading and contributing to electrical schematics.
Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation.
Background we’re looking for
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
5+ years leading controls projects centered on automation and robotics.
Hands‑on delivery of PLC, HMI, and robotic systems.
Familiarity with safety standards and risk assessments (ANSI, NFPA, ISO).
Experience programming safety controllers or safety PLCs.
History of troubleshooting industrial electrical control systems.
Bonus: PE license or OEM certifications (Rockwell, Siemens).
Logistics
Travel: up to 40% for installation, startup, and training.
