Job Position: PLC Programmer

Location: Sand Springs, OK 74063

Pay Rate: $60000.00-65000.00

Shift:

Description: PLC Programmer Direct Hire ($60, 000 $65, 000/year)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 a.M. 5 p.M. | Travel up to 20%

Stand-By Personnel has a direct hire opening for a PLC Programmer to develop logic code, build electrical control panels, and support customers with troubleshooting and system integration. This position is located in Sand Springs.

Responsibilities
- Program and edit PLC and HMI systems
- Read and interpret schematics, device documentation, and wiring diagrams
- Program VFDs, temperature controllers, and related components
- Troubleshoot systems remotely and on-site
- Assemble and wire control panels using hand and power tools
- Perform neat, accurate point to point wiring
- Test panels using multimeters and follow electrical codes
- Maintain strong quality, safety, and customer service standards

Requirements
- 3+ years PLC programming experience
- 1 5 years electrical wiring experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred)
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with panel fabrication, wiring, and testing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Non temperature controlled shop with noise, dust, and metal particles
- Required PPE: hearing protection, safety glasses, safety boots
- Regular standing, bending, climbing ladders;lift up to 50 lbs
- Occasional customer site visits in tight or hot/cold/loud environments
