QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent  
  • 2+ years of experience installing and maintaining building/plant control systems and their related equipment  
  • Associate’s degree, trade school, or vocational training in industrial electronics, automation, mechatronics, or a related technical field  
  • Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, relays, safety interlocks, and industrial networking protocols  
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair control systems; basic PLC programming/editing  
  • Skilled at reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs  
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions

Employment Type & Compensation

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for: 

  • Troubleshooting PLC-controlled production equipment  
  • Diagnosing electrical and automation failures  
  • Working with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms (if applicable)  
  • Supporting HMIs, VFDs, servo motors, sensors, and safety circuits  
  • Performing electrical troubleshooting using schematics and wiring diagrams  
  • Improving machine uptime and equipment reliability  
  • Installing and modifying control panels and electrical components  
  • Assisting with preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives

We are seeking experienced PLC Technicians to support automated manufacturing equipment across multiple production lines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting PLC-controlled machinery, diagnosing electrical issues, and improving equipment reliability in a modern manufacturing environment.
