Seeking an Engineering Technician 3 to support laboratory operations, testing, and compliance activities in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role involves executing product tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, supporting quality systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory testing, electric product development, and equipment calibration while collaborating with internal and external teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation requirements
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product testing activities
  • Analyze, document, and report laboratory test results accurately
  • Perform calibration, inspection, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Interpret and apply IEC standards related to EMC, Safety, climatic, and mechanical environments
  • Assist with internal/external quality audits, corrective actions, and procedure updates
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management system
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure testing aligns with customer expectations
  • Develop effective communication with cross-functional teams and external personnel
  • Utilize SAP for documentation and operational support

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical training preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a laboratory environment
  • 1+ years of experience in electric product development and PLC products
  • Knowledge of A2LA ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory processes
  • Experience with equipment calibration, maintenance, and inspection
  • Familiarity with IEC standards, EMC testing, and safety compliance
  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting quality audits and accreditation activities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work onsite full-time
  • Experience with SAP preferred
