We’re seekingDonation Call Specialiststo work remotely with leading nonprofit organizations. In this role, you'll speak directly with supporters and help make giving easy and rewarding.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Call and thank donors or assist them in giving

• Deliver caring, clear, and professional service

• Enter donor information with accuracy

• Ensure a positive donor experience with follow-up

• Hit your goals to unlock raises and promotions

Requirements

You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 6 months remoteOR1 year on-site customer service experience

• Strong communication skills and a service mindset

• Comfort using Microsoft Office and call center systems

• Reliable, quiet work-from-home setup

Before You Start:

• Windows 11 PC or laptop (8GB RAM minimum)

• USB noise-canceling headset

• Hardwired internet connection

• Dual monitors helpful but not required

• No Apple or Chromebook devices
