    PLEX ERP Business Analyst
     
    CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP compliant composite-manufacturing company providing services to the major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. CTL specializes in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures. We are located conveniently in northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).
     
    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with a strong focus on ERP systems to support and optimize business processes across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring ERP capabilities align with operational and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and enhancing ERP systems, with the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions
     
    Job Description
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for PLEX ERP-related initiatives.
    • Analyze, document, and improve business processes across manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.
    • Lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation of PLEX ERP system enhancements.
    • Configure and support PLEX ERP modules, including production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor control and human resources.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational decision-making.
    • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with internal teams or external vendors.
    • Support PLEX ERP upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
    • Train end-users and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
    • Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
    • Special projects and assignments as needed.
     
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
    • 3–7+ years of PLEX experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
    • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, quality systems).
    • Experience with reporting tools, or data analysis platforms.
    • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
    • Superior problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
    • US Citizen or Green Card Holder
    • Must speak English
