PLM Engineer – Aras Innovator

Location: United States – Massachusetts (preferred) / Remote option available
Eligibility: Preferably US Citizens

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Aras Innovator PLM platform
• Design and maintain data models, workflows, BOM structures, and change management processes (ECR/ECO)
• Support end-to-end PLM system implementation and enhancements
• Develop and maintain integrations between PLM and enterprise systems
• Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall PLM experience
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Aras Innovator experience
• Strong expertise in:
  • Aras configuration and customization
  • Data modeling and workflow design
  • BOM management
  • Change management processes (ECR/ECO)
• Technical proficiency in:
  • C#
  • .NET framework
  • JavaScript
  • SQL Server
• Experience working with PLM integrations (preferred):
  • ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
  • CAD tools
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

• Aras Innovator certification
• Experience in large-scale enterprise PLM implementations
• Exposure to manufacturing or engineering domains
