PLM Test Automation Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PLM Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for enterprise PLM applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TestComplete with VBScript, ENOVIA PLM, and test management tools while ensuring high-quality software releases through comprehensive automation and manual testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for PLM applications.
• Develop automation for functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to understand business requirements and create effective test strategies.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and ensure application quality.
• Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of software defects.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release validation activities.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and repositories.
• Provide regular testing status updates and quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation coverage, and release efficiency.
• Support production deployments and post-release validation activities.
