WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS
- Early mornings, full days, and physical work
- Working in crawlspaces, basements, trenches, and mechanical rooms
- Lifting heavy materials and staying on your feet all day
- Taking direction and executing without excuses
- Learning fast and being expected to improve every week
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assisting experienced plumbers on service calls and installations
- Carrying tools, digging, cutting, assembling, and cleaning
- Supporting installs of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Keeping trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized at all times
- Following strict safety and job procedures
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Show up on time, every day
- Strong work ethic — no excuses
- Ability to handle physical labor
- Willingness to listen, learn, and work
- Respect for customers, coworkers, and company standards
