Position Overview

Zoom Drain North Atlanta is seeking an experienced Service Plumber with strong plumbing fundamentals who is interested in building expertise in drain, sewer, and plumbing services.

While our company specializes in drain, sewer, and plumbing solutions, we value technicians with a strong plumbing background who understand how plumbing systems operate and can accurately diagnose issues and recommend effective long-term solutions.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve residential and commercial drain, sewer, and plumbing issues
Perform professional drain cleaning and hydro-jetting
Conduct sewer camera inspections and interpret findings
Identify plumbing issues contributing to recurring drainage problems
Recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions
Clearly communicate findings and service options to customers
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Complete service documentation and job reports
Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes and businesses

Qualifications

3+ years of plumbing experience preferred
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
Drain cleaning or sewer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Physical ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs and perform work requiring kneeling, crouching, or extended standing
Reliable transportation to and from the company vehicle

A Day in the Life at Zoom Drain North Atlanta

No two days are the same. As a Service Plumber specializing in drain, sewer, and plumbing services, you'll start your day by reviewing scheduled service calls and heading out in your fully equipped company vehicle.

Throughout the day, you may:

Diagnose clogged or slow drains and identify plumbing system issues in homes and commercial properties
Perform sewer camera inspections to identify blockages or pipe damage
Clear lines using professional drain cleaning equipment or hydro-jetting
Diagnose plumbing system concerns and recommend solutions
