Your New Role

• Work as a commercial Plumber in Auburn, Maine

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems

• Service water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems

• Install and replace piping, valves, pumps, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment

• Perform scheduled maintenance and plumbing repairs

• Identify developing issues and recommend appropriate repairs

• Respond to emergency plumbing service calls as needed

• Complete service tickets, maintenance reports, and other required documentation onsite

• Communicate job status, material needs, and customer concerns with the Service Manager or Project Manager

• Work professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers

• Follow applicable plumbing codes and company safety procedures

• Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked for the work ahead

• Valid Maine Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber License

• At least 3 years of commercial plumbing service experience, with 5 years preferred

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems

• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Valid State of Maine Class C driver's license

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple service calls while working independently

• Clear communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform essential job duties such as climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working in varying weather conditions

• Commitment to professional, dependable service and quality workmanship
