West Mechanical is adding an experienced Plumber to our team. This is an opportunity for a skilled professional who is comfortable working independently, solving problems in the field, and delivering quality plumbing work across both residential and commercial settings. License is required.

You'll have the freedom to go directly from home to your scheduled jobs in a fully equipped company vehicle, while having the backing of an established team and ongoing opportunities to grow your skills and earnings.

The Work

This position offers variety from day to day. You'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems while working directly with customers and property owners.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting plumbing problems and identifying the source of leaks, drainage issues, and other system failures
• Installing and repairing water lines and plumbing systems
• Working on wells and well-house plumbing
• Installing and servicing toilets, sinks, faucets, disposals, dishwashers, and related plumbing equipment
• Completing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Working on both residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Maintaining compliance with Washington plumbing codes and company safety standards
• Communicating professionally with customers and providing dependable service
• Managing assigned work independently while keeping the team informed when support is needed

Qualifications

We're looking for a plumber who brings solid field experience and can confidently diagnose and complete plumbing work without constant supervision.

Required:

• Current Washington State 01 or 02 Plumbing License
• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with residential and commercial plumbing
• Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional education in the trade is a plus, including an associate degree or technical training.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with rotating on-call schedule
