Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with experience in both residential and commercial settings. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. The Plumber will work closely with other tradespeople on construction sites and must possess excellent mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Perform pipe threading, soldering, press technology, and solvent weld as necessary for various plumbing tasks.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
• Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for the installation of plumbing fixtures and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.
• Utilize basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.
• Knowledge of Ohio Plumbing Code and installing plumbing to code.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in new construction plumbing.
• Must have your own tools.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
• Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and tools.
• Excellent ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Valid driving license
• Drug and Background Check
• Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed.
• Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
