Our client, a nationally recognized residential and commercial plumbing services company based in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a skilled Plumber. This full-time position offers pay based on experience and is open to both journeyman and apprentice levels. Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line inspections
Install and repair bathroom and kitchen fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and showers
Respond promptly to emergency service calls with timely solutions
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliant installations
Install and repair traditional and tankless water heaters
Detect and repair gas line issues following safety standards and local codes
Collaborate with other tradespeople on new construction and renovations
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on jobs
Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions clearly
Keep work vehicle and inventory organized and clean
Required Qualifications
Valid state plumbing license (where required)
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
Proficiency with hand and power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with service and repair work beyond new construction
Familiarity with plumbing software or CRM scheduling systems
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
