Location: Field Position (Serving Summit County) 
Compensation: $65,000 - $120,000+

The Role: Expert Service & Trusted Advice

As a Sales and Service Technician, you aren’t just a "fixer"—you are a home service consultant. You will manage high-end residential and commercial projects, troubleshoot complex systems and provide clients with clear, professional options.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Expert Craftsmanship: Perform plumbing and heating repairs, installs, and replacements to strict state codes.
  • Client Consultation: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and present solutions clearly. You’ll use our proven system to offer club memberships and high-quality products to enhance the client’s home.
  • Systemized Success: We provide the framework. You’ll install equipment stickers, place neighborhood door hangers, and maintain accurate digital records on your iPad to ensure your pipeline stays full.
  • Mentorship: Lead by example and supervise apprentices as we continue to grow the team.
  • Inventory Management: Keep your take-home vehicle clean, organized, and accurately stocked for maximum efficiency.
 
Qualifications & Skills

  • Licensing: Valid Colorado Plumbing License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of plumbing and heating experience (4+ years preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to solder and perform necessary electrical work; deep knowledge of state plumbing and mechanical codes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using an iPad for job routing, Google Maps, and digital invoicing. Experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus.
  • Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a "self-starter" mentality. You respect the client’s home by using shoe covers and maintaining a sterile workspace.
 
Physical & Safety Requirements
 
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to work in varying Colorado weather conditions.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and MVR check.
  • Strict adherence to all company safety standards.
 
Total Rewards Package
 
  • Guaranteed Compensation Floor: $65,000 annually ($30/hr for 40 hours per week).
  • Commission-based Pay: 16% on all services sold and collected.
