Plumber Foreman

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plumber Foreman to lead commercial tenant improvement (T.I.) projects. In this role, you will supervise site crews, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure all plumbing installations meet strict code standards. You must be skilled in reading blueprints to layout waste, vent, water, and gas lines, while efficiently organizing labor, materials, and equipment to keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site plumbing operations for commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints to layout waste, vent, water, and gas piping systems.
• Organize, schedule, and supervise plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractor labor on-site.
• Plan and coordinate material deliveries, equipment rentals, and tools required for daily work.
• Enforce compliance with commercial construction standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Inspect installed piping and fixtures to ensure accuracy and high-quality workmanship.
• Track project progress, maintain daily job logs, and report updates to project managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plumber Foreman specializing in commercial tenant improvement (T.I.) work.
• Complete understanding of Uniform Plumbing Codes (UPC) and ADA accessibility codes.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately layout waste, vent, water, and gas systems directly from blueprints.
• Strong leadership skills with experience organizing labor, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills to maintain project schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent field experience.
