Job Summary
Under the directions of the Maintenance Manager andor the department supervisor provides plumbing and related support for facilities.
EDUCATION Minimum
• High School diploma or equivalent
LICENSE
Valid NYS drivers license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS Minimum
• EPA Certified in refrigerant recovery Journeyman or Master Plumber Medical Gas Certification 1st class or 2nd class Boiler Operator Stationary Engineer
WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum
• 1-2 years in building operations and maintenance and professional certification
Preferred
• 2 years in professional certification
SKILLS Minimum
• Ability to read write and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
Salary Range
28.41 - 32.66 based on experience
